- Instructors must provide accurate personal and professional information.
2. Content Creation
- Course content must meet FarGo's quality standards. It should be original or have the proper licenses.
- Instructors must not upload or use copyrighted material without proper authorization.
- Courses must be accurately described, with clear learning objectives and requirements.
- Instructors are responsible for updating course content to remain relevant and accurate.
3. Professional Conduct
- Instructors must interact respectfully with students, avoiding any form of discrimination or harassment.
- Language and tone in course content and communication must remain professional.
- Instructors must respond to student inquiries in a timely and supportive manner.
4. Compliance with Policies
- Instructors must adhere to all FarGo policies, including the Terms and Conditions, Content Ownership Agreement, and Copyright Policy
- Violations of these policies may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.
5. Exclusivity and Ownership
- Courses created and uploaded to FarGo cannot be published on other platforms or media.
- Instructors cannot use FarGo courses for external purposes without written permission.
6. Payments and Refunds
- Instructors will receive payments according to the Teacher Payment Policy.
- Refunds issued to students will result in corresponding revenue adjustments for instructors.
7. Student Engagement
- Instructors must ensure a positive and engaging learning experience for students.
- Quizzes, assignments, and interactive elements are encouraged to enhance student understanding
8. Restricted Activities
- Instructors must not solicit students for external services or promote unrelated products.
- Any form of fraudulent behavior or misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.
9. Reporting and Support
- Instructors must report issues or violations promptly through the official support channels.
- FarGo will provide support to help instructors succeed, including tools for course creation and guidance on platform usage.
10. Policy Updates
FarGo reserves the right to update these rules. Instructors will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform indicates agreement with the updated rules.
